Free tracked US shipping

Every Novora order ships free from our US warehouse, with tracking on every parcel.

Processing

Orders placed before 2pm ET ship the same business day (Monday–Friday). Orders placed later, or on weekends and holidays, ship the next business day.

Delivery time

Once shipped, orders arrive in 5 to 9 business days anywhere in the United States. You'll receive a tracking link by email the moment your order leaves the warehouse.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States. If you're outside the US and want a Novora, email us at bouchmelamine404@gmail.com and we'll let you know when we reach your country.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking hasn't updated in 5+ business days, contact us and we'll chase the carrier or send a replacement. You're never left holding a missing parcel.
