2-year warranty — the only one in its class
Every Novora SilkPulse IPL device is covered by a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from your delivery date. The biggest names in at-home IPL offer no warranty at all — we back ours for two years because we trust the device.
What's covered
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- A lamp or flash function that fails within normal use
- Electronic or sensor faults not caused by damage
What's not covered
- Accidental damage, drops, or water damage
- Normal cosmetic wear
- Use outside the instructions (e.g. on unsupported skin tones)
How to claim
Email bouchmelamine404@gmail.com with your order number and a short description or photo of the issue. If it's a covered defect, we replace the device — you don't pay for the replacement or return shipping.
